Imagine having someone tell you exactly what fibers aren't firing properly. How much faster could you get structurally balanced and in shape if you had that knowledge? Through looking at your posture and putting you through certain movement patterns we can determine EXACTLY what's going on internally and how we can correct it. All while we help you get stronger, leaner, and increasing your conditioning. We'll also create a personal nutritional plan for your specific needs and goals!
In this phase we'll focus on strictly your goal (leaner, stronger, hypertrophy, plus any dysfunction that still needs to be corrected) with a focus intensity. With each week the workouts become harder and more challenging to have you obtain your goal even faster. With video chatting, email, and text messaging you're never by yourself. You'll always have access to having your questions answered quickly in each and every phase. You might be doing the workouts by yourself but you're never alone!
By this phase the results should really be looking good for you. All of your hard work has paid off! We still haven't taken our foot off of the gas but you are almost at your goal assuming you haven't hit it already. We'll be answering any questions you still may have and educating you every step of the way on why this path was the best specially for you. You'll also will learn what you have to do to maintain the results.
The last phase is all about maintenance. We will show you what kind of workouts should you be doing on a weekly basis to keep the results you just worked to hard to achieve. How should your nutritional plan now change? How do you keep your new found strength? How do you keep your shredded abs? It's simple once you have the formula. We'll take you by the hand and truly go over every step so you'll ALWAYS know what to do.
